Colin O’Neal, Vice President, Institutional Sales, supports the trading team and serves as a client relationship manager.
Leveraging more than a decade of experience and a deep understanding of the unique requirements of institutional clients, Mr. O’Neal assists clients in identifying investment opportunities, risk management and helps structure Tender Option Bonds (TOBs).
A native of San Diego, Mr. O’Neal began his career in the insurance industry, where he developed a strong foundation in finance and client management.
Mr. O’Neal earned his undergraduate degree from Montana State University.
